Aracely Coronado working on New York bride in Palm Beach for her destination dream wedding

Aracely Coronado

is a New York City-based makeup artist, transplanted from South Florida. She spent the majority of her 11 year career working on the brides of the Palm Beaches, in demand for her attention to detail and personable nature. During her time there she worked with notable wedding planners, photographers, and luxury venues. Along with her love of classic and timeless beauty, she enjoyed working on editorial looks for Miami Fashion Week and similar projects alike. Aracely’s makeup style has been described as “refined” time and time again. She can accentuate her subjects beauty without overpowering it or she can completely transform a face. Her work ranges from clean, headshot makeup, avant-garde looks, and everything in between. Her biggest influences are Pat McGrath, Alex Box, Val Garland and of course the late, great Kevin Aucoin.

Her passion for makeup started when she was just a pre-teen. Aracely had been immersed in the world of the arts from the young age of 9. She attended magnet arts schools for music performance from middle school through college. The stage is where she grew to understand the power of makeup. In the midst of attaining her Music Education Degree, she realized her true passion and calling was makeup artistry. It is then that she dedicated all her time and effort in becoming the best artist she could be. Her career started at the age of 19 when she was hired as a freelancer for MAC Cosmetics. She was quickly noticed for her natural technical ability and was mentored and trained by some of the top artists in the company. It was not long before she was traveling within the company to train and educate fellow artists and clients. Her extensive knowledge of ingredients and their purpose in cosmetics quickly made her an authority among her peers. 11 years later, she is NYC working with amazing clients and broadening her horizons. There is no placing Aracely in a box!
